Loopio’s 2025 RFP Trends & Benchmarks Report

This is something I’m really proud of. I led the sixth annual edition of the RFP industry’s largest Trends & Benchmarks Report—Loopio’s flagship content initiative. From strategy to execution, I oversaw every stage of the 2025 edition, including agency collaboration, survey design and promotion, report development, and the go-to-market launch.

The result was our strongest performance yet: a 25% increase in report downloads, an 80% jump in webinar signups, and a 230% boost in landing page sessions year over year. The project not only expanded our reach but also reinforced Loopio’s position as a leading voice in the RFP software space.

In recognition of my work on this report, I won Loopio’s Value Award for Grit.

I led the creation of Loopio’s first-ever standalone deep dive into the state of response management careers. From drafting the report to managing agency partners and overseeing the launch campaign, I guided the project from concept to release.
